Black carrot is known as the raw material of turnip.
It is cultivated in the Southern Marmara Region in our country. The provinces that follow the region are Antakya and Ankara. It has a different color in terms of the pigments it contains. The amount of antioxidants it contains is 30 times more than orange carrot. Vitamins A, C and K it contains strengthen the immune system.
