BEET

Beet is a type of food with a red color that is used as a vegetable from its tubers.

The cultivation of beet, whose homeland is the Mediterranean Region, later spread to the Eastern Anatolia Regions; Kars, Erzurum and Erzincan provinces have taken their place among the cultivation regions. The phosphorus, magnesium B1, B2, B6 and P vitamins in its content made beet very important in terms of nutritional value.
